Terms

Plain terms for a free tool. No lawyers were harmed.

What this service is

A free browser tool that randomly assigns Secret Santa pairings and produces private links. It is provided as-is, with no guarantee that a particular draw will suit your group's rules beyond the exclusions you enter.

Your responsibility

You decide who is in the draw, what budget applies and how links are shared. Do not use the tool to harass anyone, and do not add other people's names to a draw they have not agreed to join.

Privacy is by link

Each link reveals one person's draw to whoever holds it. Keep links private. We cannot recover a lost link because nothing is stored on a server.

Payments

No payment can be made on this site today. The $4.9 option is shown as a plan, not as a product you can buy. When checkout goes live, the price and what it includes will be stated before any payment.

No warranty

The service is offered without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for a missed gift, a mismatched budget or a spoilt surprise.

Changes

These terms may change as the product changes. The current version is always on this page. Questions: contact us.
